Food & Nature
This space is dedicated to two things that are important parts of the our church community life: food and nature.
It's a work in progress, so watch this space!
Food:
We are working together with community groups to make food available to people who need it and to reduce food surplus.
- St Denys Community Food Project: Free food available every Friday morning at 11.30 for anyone who needs food, it all comes from food surplus. More information here
- Sunday Lunch Project : A free hot mean served every Sunday 11am to 1pm - open to any adults who need a meal (takeaways available for kids). More information here
Nature:
We take great delight in nature and believe it's vital that we act in a way that cares for the natural world. So we're on a journey to take practical steps to be better stewards of God's amazing creation.
- Gardening for Wildlife: We have a Gardening Group that is committed to making our church grounds a fantastic place for nature. Come along and help on the first Saturday morning of the month (September to May) or Monday evenings 7 till 8pm (June & July). For more information - click here.
