Church Prayer Dairy 2026

St Denys Church Prayer Diary 2026

A week-by-week companion to guide your prayers for the people, ministry and mission of St Denys Church

Prayer is at the heart of who we are at St Denys. In our Prayer Diary we bring together all the people, places and situations that make up our ministry network. Each week, there are five categories to pray for:

  • Members of our church community—on the Electoral Roll or part of our worshipping community. (If you can't see your name on the list, click here to join the Prayer Diary)
  • Streets in our parish. You may wish to visit the street, or pray for things going on there.
  • Our church ministry: These are the branches of our mission seek to grow as disciples, enrich communities near and far, and to care well for each other and our resources.
  • The wider community we serve: Groups that use the Church, Centre and our resources, or who are active in the local community.
  • Partners in Ministry and Mission: The charities and people we support as Mission Partners and those with whom we share our vision.

Thank you for making time to pray.

Jesus replied 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind... Love your neighbour as yourself.' (Matthew 22:37-39)
