This summer, you have an invitation to join the St Denys Summer 2026 Challenge.

There are two challenges this summer. The first is about growing plants, and the second is about Prayer.

1) A farmer went to sow .....

This year, we are focusing on the Bible verse "A farmer went to sow" (Matthew 13:3). As you are out and about over the summer, can you find plants growing in funny or unusual places, or that just make you smile? If so, take a photo or make a drawing and send it to Sera or I.

2) Lord's Prayer

On Sundays over the summer, we will look at the Lord's Prayer. We would like to invite everyone to create a prayer. You may like to:

• Take all or part of the Lord's Prayer and rewrite it in your own words.

• Create a drawing, image or poem that has been inspired by a section of the Lord's Prayer.

• Record yourself saying the Lord's Prayer, or part of it.

• If you feel inspired to write your own short prayer, then do that.

You may do one of these, all of them, or something else that you feel inspired to do relating to the Lord's Prayer.

We will be creating a display of what everyone has done, so whatever you choose to do, send it in to Paul and Sera, and we will ensure it gets back to you.
