Jesus was a persistent pedestrian, who walked, talked of walking, and invites us to walk His way. Throughout the whole of the Bible, walking is one of the Bible's vivid metaphors for how godly people should live. So in this series we're looking some walks that Jesus took, and some stories he told about people who went for a walk. In doing this we meet some profound themes of purpose, value, being lost, suffering, hope and change, and consider what it means to walk with Jesus in life.

As part of each studies, we’ll be imagining we are there witnessing the events and part of the action. This spiritual practiced of ‘Ignation Contemplation’ was established by St Ignatius, who encourages to use our senses and imagination to step inside a Gospel story and bring it alive.
